The ancient pomegranate

The pomegranate: a very exotic and ancient fruit.  This particular pomegranate may not be a prime example of perfection but when I saw it today at the food stall I just had to buy it. The advantages of drawing edible items.

Not being able to eat pomegranates growing up I find this fruit quite fascinating.  Its shape for starters is distinct and when it’s ripe it rips apart to expose the seeds and its colour is a pinkish red.  When opened up it still conserves every drop of juice encased in a sac around each seed.  A real survivor.

  1. Hi webmaster – This is by far the best looking site I’ve seen. It was completely easy to navigate and it was easy to look for the information I needed. Fantastic layout and great content! Every site should have that. Awesome job
